What this is
Linn Publisher is a private tool used by one operator to publish their own original videos to their own social media accounts. It is not a product, not a service offered to others, and not available for anyone else to sign up for or install. There are no users other than its operator.
Content
Every video the tool publishes is created by the operator. The operator holds the rights to that content and is solely responsible for it, including its compliance with the rules of each platform it is published to.
Platform rules come first
The tool uses the official public APIs of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, with the operator's own authorization, and only within the permissions those platforms grant. Where anything here conflicts with a platform's own terms, the platform's terms govern. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time from the platform's account settings.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Publishing may fail, be delayed, or be refused by a platform for reasons outside the operator's control. The operator accepts that risk.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the tool changes. The date at the top reflects the current version.
